Once you can see what’s been shaping your life, the next step is learning how to let it go — guilt, shame, unrealistic expectations, people-pleasing, and outdated versions of yourself.

In Shed It, you’ll learn to:

  • Release what no longer serves you

  • Stop carrying responsibilities that aren’t yours

  • Set boundaries without apology

  • Make peace with growth and change

Letting go isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom.

STEP INTO IT

This is where peace becomes practice.

Stepping into your truth means learning how to live aligned — with confidence, boundaries, and intention. It’s about making choices that reflect who you are now, not who you had to be to survive.

In Step Into Your Truth, you’ll learn to:

  • Show up with confidence and clarity

  • Communicate needs honestly

  • Build rhythms that support peace

  • Live grounded — even when life gets loud
